Hopefully a 2nd referendum will be the same question: Leave or Remain. The resistance of Remainer politicians to that of course will be immense. They know that their betrayal will be a prominent factor in regard to how many vote. I suspect the question will be loaded to remain.
It's the wooliness of the original question that's caused the confusion we have now. There was no doubt what remain meant leave not so much. 3 years down the line it can actually be spelt out.

Well if it can be proved as FACT then we'd all be voting remain. If you choose to believe the same scaremongers that have got it so wrong in the past then you deserve the EU. I trust logic and those real politicians that are not afraid of the challenges that may face them.
