MPs have voted 315 to 310 in favour of a bill to rule out leaving with no deal. Has it finally got through to Tory Brexiteers that in the absence of a deal the legal default position would NOT be leaving with no deal?
Very true. Many didn't. We just don't know. So wouldn't it be sensible to get clarity? Something to confirm what we do want?

We were told a vote for leave meant no single market, no customs union and no ECJ. The WA fails to deliver that and we can never exit the EU without their permission. If I want to leave my wife, I go, I don't have to ask for her permission. Divorce settlement after I have left.

On the way out from that unhappy marriage would you burn down the house? Make yourself less attractive to future wives? Make the upcoming negotiations hostile? Seems an odd course to take.
