MPs have voted 315 to 310 in favour of a bill to rule out leaving with no deal. Has it finally got through to Tory Brexiteers that in the absence of a deal the legal default position would NOT be leaving with no deal?

She isn't trying to (explicity) stop Brexit but a no deal Brexit. Given the harm it would cause seems sensible to have a net.

That the bills intention is to avoid no deal. However, if that's the form of Brexit you're hoping for, no further discussion is required.

What harm will what cause? Everyone goes on all this perceived harm that a WTO departure will cause, but every time "so called" facts are produced they turn out to be a myth. You carry on with your delusion.

The imbalance in tarrifs alone would cause harm. It's funny your keen to not be dictated to by 27 but happy to make it 160? Do you remember voting for WTO elections?

Very true. Many didn't. We just don't know. So wouldn't it be sensible to get clarity? Something to confirm what we do want?

What tarriffs? WTO Art 24 expressly precludes these if we enter into FTA negotiations. Both EU and UK have said they do. Another stupid myth. Many items are free of tariffs anyway; for example aerospace.
