MPs have voted 315 to 310 in favour of a bill to rule out leaving with no deal. Has it finally got through to Tory Brexiteers that in the absence of a deal the legal default position would NOT be leaving with no deal?

I’m sorry but I don’t agree. Politicians have shown themselves as transparent. She wants to make sure she is elected agin so is appeasing her followers.

Your logic rather breaks down on the basis that (as stated above) 70% of her constituents voted leave. Therefore, she is unlikely to retain her seat, let alone make PM in a party controlled by Momentum.

And you say this based on exactly what?? There is no evidence to suggest this. There would be a period of adjustment for sure but hardly Armageddon. I voted to remain but the way this has played out I would vote leave without a second thought in a 2nd ref.

On every fact based report that has examined the subject. When the CBI and the TUC condemn a course of action you should listen.

Please go and read the actual WTO schedules. It's also not just tarrifs but non tariff barriers including very important food protections.

The poorest have nothing left to lose.

You know this how? Please don't tell me you made a film about it. No one cares about the poor in the middle class!
#Orwell said as much, still true to this day.

The CBI are only interested in how much money their multi millionaire members can save by having an unfettered flow of cheap imported labour. The poorest would get higher wages with a smaller employment pool.

And the TUC. They both agreed on the damage that would be caused.
