    Six month update on 4-day work weeks. Still going well with most doing 4 days and some folks are doing 5 shorter days instead. We've had some milestones that needed more time and been adjusting schedules for that to be smoother next time. It's an on going process.

    I would like to see every media publication post its freelance rates clearly and obviously, for everything from quick hit news up to big reported features. That info is critical to advocating for better pay at every single outlet to the people who make those decisions.

    Melenia is kicking my butt. Tried a dual katana blood / poison combo with leveled up Mimic. Tried leveled up Tiche with magic attack combo. At leve 143 and getting trashed. Will go do other things and try again later. I can get pretty far in stage 2 and then blah.

    Having a real hard time finding a vocalist to work on Thirsty Suitors. If you can sing in Tamil or Sinhala, and English please reach out! It's a fun project and a great opportunity.
