I dont disagree that it's a problem but I dont think it's a good comparison. It's way easier to ban a person from a tournament for a thing they did at a tournament on video.

The problem in this is the huge amount of people that would rather stand up for the accused than of the victim in sexual assault

I think that's an extremely disingenuous way of framing the situation. The reason somebody stands up for an accused person is because they dont believe the accusation. It sounds like youre implying that people willingly stand by proven abusers, and I have not personally seen that
