You'd need ~6 people watching 24/7...that's a pretty high spike in traffic. I swear I saw an email saying that they were making changes that weren't affecting already partnered people...
They aren't too bright, they have no clue what they are doing, they haven't for years it seems. They should never let just anyone monetize is the first place, they got greedy and it backfired.
