If any harm comes to these people trapped on the Manhattan Bridge, it’s on you, @NYCMayor, @NYGovCuomo, and @NYPDShea.

Protestors have been let off the bridge! It’s important we all know this happened and hold the NYPD and
@NYCMayor accountable for it. It’s also important we make sure people hear the updates so no one, especially loved ones of those protesting, is left panicking.Show this thread -
So much is happening so fast. It’s very easy to get swept up in mis- and outdated info. People are risking their lives marching for their lives. It’s scary for them & their loved ones. Record & share what’s happening. Check times, dates. Blur faces. Keep calm, keep people safe.

Police were blocking people before 8pm. We were lucky to get outpic.twitter.com/gxXr9K40Kq

Of course they were. They're trying to force people into breaking the law so they can arrest them. It's all to try and thin out the numbers. Disgraceful!

Happened last night and tonight in Charlotte, NC. Protesters herded into a parking garage, I believe.
@BringBackTheBuz was there tonight, experienced firsthand. - 1 more reply

I’ll say this all day. Curfews are an excuse to commit police brutality.
-
100% a curfew is just permission to murder citizens at night.
