So I just raided a pre recorded live stream. What is the purpose of this. What are the benefits and draw backs. If it's an easy way to rack up watch time, I can do that. Does it make your subscribers mad to come to a stream that is fake?

This is funny. I was watching a live stream of a recording of a train traveling through a snow covered landscape one day. On accident, you know how the internet is. And I was wondering with my son why this was a thing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTpDWzfRMg8 …

And then I thought, it was kind of relaxing. But, this is not game play. But I guess, to each his own. ?

As long as you have permission to use the video (ie it’s yours), you can do prerecorded streams in YTs TOS. A lot of the streams they promote are actually VODs. I think it’s mostly “reruns” for different time zones though. YTs new “premiere” feature is VOD only too.

Well ok then. I'm sure there is a need for this, I just am not to that point of needing to research it. :D When I get to 15 million subscribers like
@PopularMMOS, I'll look into it. lol This might take me a minute.pic.twitter.com/fIaOAJEPfr
