So I need to create an either type in Swift, but it needs to be compatible with Obj-C 
. Mixed Obj-C & Swift projects are the WORST.
I've done a lot of stuff with Swift & Obj-C compatibility, as long as you stick to compatible types it's fairly OK :)

we actually built the Stormpath SDK in Swift, but allowed developers to write against it using Objective-C

I know :). I was just venting my frustration for not being able to use enums with associated values from objective-c.

yeah, all of those swift features are a lot of fun :) but still a testament to how well designed the lang is re: compatibility
