Ah man, Prop 22 in California is definitely going to pass. And the only problem it will fix is how much they would have had to pay their drivers.

Huh I didn’t know about those exceptions. I’m understanding that AB5 was rushed and completely an attack on app based drivers, but 22 seems to send it back to before where the drivers time was abused. Does 22 passing still allow for drivers to get better benefits?
Yes, prop 22 requires that time-on-job be at least 120% of minimum wage, 30c/mile reimbursement, as well as healthcare subsidies.
