Let’s class action it up
Twitter will now censor Trump & other political figure’s tweets they consider “damaging” to the “health” of public conversations. This is NOT legal. They have crossed the line of being a neutral platform & are acting as a publisher. They need to be sued out of existence!!!!!!!

The platform/publisher distinction is relevant only in the context of s. 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Twitter is a private company and can allow any speaker it wants to use its facilities — or not.

But in a lawsuit states President Trump can’t block anyone from seeing his tweets because it’s the “public square”. Thought Twitter can ban and remove someone from that same “public square”?
