Incredible thread of BSC validators threatening to dump the whole chain and move on, the bsc devs just merge shit to master, dont test anything, and the validators can't keep in sync what is this shit - spend some money on it
Conversation
I've never seen such a validator rebellion/frustration on any chain

Sigh , when these threads blow up and ppl use it as an opportunity to shill their chain 😑

Tbf, I don't think the people commenting are validators (block producers), but non-block producing full nodes
That being said, the sentiment doesn't surprise me, you can't simply increase the block size and reduce block times, and not expect the chain to become unmanageable

Look at the power of the machines in thread , way overkill for plain nodes

aren't these just people running normal (ie non-validating) full nodes?
I'm running two myself on baremetal -- so far so good, though if you were running them on eg AWS instances with networked/EBS storage, you're probably in for a terrible time
agree with everything else tho

It’s honestly not about spending money. There are not that many people that know how to fix these kinds problems and those that do can already make large salaries without working on a complete joke of a blockchain that exists only to enrich CZ.

fair point - they could do massive consultant fees to geth team to help out, lord know they'd deserve it

lol
"each of these servers costs me $800 per month (previously $200), then you told me that I need faster bandwidth and disk which means the cost will keep rising at a very exaggerated rate. My boss even thought I spent all these money in nightclub because of the goddamn BSC!"
