They're gun store workers/owners, not psychiatrists. They're not qualified to assess the mental health of anyone. Plus, it's not like someone who would slaughter 10 innocent people would be completely incapable of lying about stuff.

Hmm, maybe you are on to something, maybe gun owners need to pass a psych eval b4 being able to purchase a gun, by...professionals. And have to re up every couple years. Maybe we should regulate the shit out of these things because they are dangerous.
