Concern about sharing personal information online is a barrier to ACP adoption. Our enrollment assistance tool, GetACP.org can help to alleviate some of the concern by assisting individuals in identifying exactly what is needed to apply.

Did you know that our enrollment assistance tool, GetACP.org, is available in 4 languages? Individuals can answer a few simple questions to determine eligibility and receive a personalized enrollment checklist in English, Spanish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

Want to help highly mobile or unhoused families in your community connect to high-speed internet? Once the applicant is approved for the ACP benefit, search for "ACP Mobile" providers at bit.ly/ACP-Plans and apply the confirmation code to get $30/mo off the selected plan.

Why are 28.2 million American households offline? For most, it's not a lack of infrastructure. 18.1 million households in the United States are offline simply because they can't afford an internet plan.
The broadband affordability gap is the number one barrier to closing the digital divide.

Encourage applicants to write down the login information for their National Verifier account when it is created. That way, if they aren't able to complete the ACP application in one sitting, they can use their account information to pick up where they left off.
