Good job PM. I wish everyone should stands for this issue of improving the quality of education. However, we might also think about promoting those student who gate grade U(unclassified). They totally failed the. Why we promote them to next level?

Our students needs qualified teaching personnel and routine inspection of DEO's plus other stakeholders, monitoring and evaluation mainly absenteeism of teachers in government schools, taking alcohol in working hours etc..we need better Rwanda,
