Looks like recounts from today mainly subtracted from Election Night totals, but not by much.

Again, this does not include Milwaukee precincts because they still have not finished the recount of absentees and migrated data 2 precincts

@EdMorrissey MIL worries me. If they are going to "find" a couple truckloads of extra HRC votes, it would be there.

@matthewgenack @EdMorrissey A number of precincts there have already recounted/recanvassed. Heavy Dem areas. No change from election night.

@AbramBook1 @EdMorrissey PA election officials have stated that there aren't enough uncounted ballots to change the outcome there.

@SteveHoveyJr There are no columns for "votes outstanding." They're recounting from scratch. Columns V-Z are tallying changes from original
