Exercise, physical activity, and athleticism are important components of building a healthy body and mind. CBD oil can not only augment those benefits, but it can protect against damage and improve recovery from any injuries that do occur.

There's so much. Let's assume you have all the prerequisites taken care of. Only argue to solve problems. Not place blame. Not to vent. Not to feel superior. But only to advance the relationship. Also, don't be afraid to walk away at any time and constantly improve.

Fear is just a sign that you're in danger. Sometimes the danger is real. Other times, it’s false. Either way, the solution is action.

There is no magic cure for fear. There is simply action. Sometimes the action is voluntary. Other times it’s forced. Either way, you receive benefits that you otherwise would have forfeited had you given in to the fear.

Being in good shape at 19 is not impressive. You have to screw up pretty badly to not be in decent shape at that age - Fitness gives you no unique edge. At 40+, being fit is a massive status symbol.

Do something you love, that you have a talent for, that pays well, and that inspires you. This is your edge. It's in this place that you're indestructible, most impressive, and will live forever.

You can get somewhere without directions, but it’s a lot easier if you have them. A personal mission is like a set of directions that makes living easier because it automatically makes difficult decisions for you.

You don’t take personal ownership because you’re afraid. And what exactly are you afraid of? You’re afraid of intent. Somewhere along the course of your life, you got the idea that it was better to hope than try to manifest a specific outcome.

Crackheads get their crack from somewhere. That’s where crack dealers come in.  I grew up in the projects. I spent about 5 years living next to a certified crackhead. When I moved to another housing project, I lived next to a crack dealer for 4 years.
