When I asked if there could have been a third party involved in the account, or if sciencing_bi could have had tricked her, McLaughlin declined to comment either way.

Oh, I also asked how she had learned of sciencing_bi's death. She said it was through a family contact, but would not provide any further detail.

It should be noted, given the situation here, that the person who called me *claimed* to be BethAnn. Since it wasn't a public number affliated with her, like a uni office, I can't say with 100% certainty it was her.

However, the number was from Tennessee, where BA lives, and I received a message from her personal email soon after the call that provided information we had just discussed on the phone.

Did you happen to ask her what her motive was for doing this? I am so confused.

I asked several times if this was a hoax, either on her part or others, she said no or declined to comment. Don't know we'll get an satisfying answer at end of day
