Using the same flawed methodology, one could easily conclude that being heterosexual and/or cisgender is a social phenomena as well. But really, considering the dynamics of peer pressure among teens, the entire theory is obviously slanted toward a biased cishet conclusion.

Wait, shouldn't they be pressured into being cisgender? How is this different from saying that homosexuality is contagious?

Pathologizing being in the closet with a flawed study. Great job said no one.

How *exactly* is it flawed? PS: If you have no answer, please do not say this again, okay?

the study is flawed, in ways obvious to any queer person who knows their own history. i always knew you were to the right, but always respected your economic analysis, at least. you're about to end that forever. don't embrace the wink-and-nod strategy of anti-trans extremists.

on another, related note, it's obvious that there was no queer person in the room when the decision to publish this was made; again, if they knew their history, they would have laughed in your faces. fix that. be better.
