If you're earning 80k in Lndn & don't own own a home, you're not rich. Someone earning 70k,living in a £1m house mortgage free is wealthier.

I'm not opposed to higher taxes for high income earners, but the word 'rich' should really refer to the wealthiest.

Nobody seems to want to tax those that bought houses for peanuts and are now millionaires while young people can't get on housing ladder.
