Legitimately the only thing I understand from your entire memo is that the original requirements were a tad bit lax with how big YouTube is now. Anything else you've done (including the revamped requirements) makes no sense.

This is not even like a situation in most communities where people each have their opinions on what is right and wrong, most of what you have done is genuinely worse for your platform when looking at it for the majority of creators.
