    There’s something special about formative years in one’s career. I worked at from Mar 2003 to Jan 2004, when it was about 25-30 people. Such a tight knit group. A lot of the lessons I’ve learned over the years have their foundation there.

    Observation: there is no such thing as a family-friendly, early-stage startup. Even if you try your best to create an workplace that's flexible for parents, the reality is you're competing for funding, market and talent with startups for whom it's not a priority.

    Someone should make a chrome extension that replaces all of the crap on your Facebook feed with high quality material, and for $10 a month will unlock all of the paywalls it links to (by paying WSJ or whoever on a per-article basis)
