Five Utah Jazz fans received "warning cards" that their comments, gestures and/or behaviors directed at players were in violation of the NBA Fan Code of Conduct, but were able to return to their seats after their altercation with Russell Westbrook.

Russell Westbrook says the fan and his wife told him to “to get down on your knees like you’re used to” which is why he responded. “As for beating up his wife, I’ve never put my hand on a woman. I never will. Never been in any domestic violence before and never have," he said.pic.twitter.com/f9SugcpBTP

The first time they spoke about his family. not surprised if they did it again. Jazz fans gotta be the most unclassy
-
This is a video of Russel Westbrook saying something inappropriate. Not a fan.
-
Westbrook would have no reason to say it if he wasn’t in anyway provoked by the fan. Video catches Russ, but doesn’t catch behind the scenes?
-
This is inappropriate whether he was provoked or not.

He’s a Ute, prolly one of his wives.

He shouldn’t have threatened them - that was obviously not a smart move - but for all the people saying Westbrook has set a new low; Jazz fans are the WORST. The mocked Derek Fisher about his infant daughter having Cancer. There’s no coming back from that in my opinion.
-
That’s not even remotely true. He lied & said he needed to get closer to his daughters NYC doctor. Jazz let him out of his contract & he promptly signed with LA - further from NYC. Nobody mocked his daughter or anything relating to that. It’s that he was a bald faced liar.
-
They definitely mocked Fisher about his daughter. Lowest thing I’ve ever heard. Even if he did say one thing & do another; his daughter had cancer. He gets a pass for any poor decision making during that time. My daughter had cancer too. Your mind is only focused on your child.
-
They definitely did not mock him about his daughter they heckled him about lying. See the difference?
-
I’d urge you to read that BR article. It’s pretty clear.
-
Quite the source
-
Maybe. But the article hasn’t been disputed and I think it’s fair to say even BR on its worst day is more balanced than the average Utah fan.

Some ppl hate facts that don’t align with their narrative...

What the hell is this guys problem. He set a new bar for low class in the NBA.
-
What if the fan was being racist or said something about his family or worse. You don’t know what they said
-
Still doesn't excuse threatening a woman and don't throw the race card out there without evidence.
-
Looks at bio... *jazz fan, that explains it all what a clown
-
"throw the race card out there" also explains a bunch.
