Yes we may not have a legal duty but what about our moral responsibility, they are our poor neighbors who we heavily influence their lives and freedom. Plus many come every day and work in Israel. I think it’s obvious that the criticism has nothing to do with the Palestinians lack of access to COVID vaccines. The PA is no worse off than the vast majority of the world’s population in that category. It’s just that Israel has been successful.
