    It’s surely the highest duty of the state to protect children at risk of abuse, but the systemic failings here described have been known for decades. Let’s hope recommendations and expertise of specialist sexual abuse sector is acted on this time. 2/

    This is such a roll back of all the work feminists have done since the 1970s. Careless creation/reading of stats from now will suggest a fall in . When in fact it is a deliberate patriarchal ploy to control what counts and is counted
