Indeed. I be happy with lower (even negative) growth, as long as we're no longer bottom of the table. We need to take control of which countries we compare ourselves against.

Facts: Compared with 2010 the share of employed persons at risk of ‘in work’ poverty has risen in a majority of EU Member States & in the UK it’s up +1.8pp also 13% more British families using food banks & 15% of those are ‘in work’
