I'd expect solar flux, existing heat sinks, and heat capacity of air to be pretty insignificant compared to MILLIONS of air conditioners!

Proof: If I put my hand in the sun, it feels kinda warm. If I put my hand on the hot coils of an AC unit, it feels really hot.

Yep. Also, there's a lot of air conditioners and only one Sun.
