Even claims about your own mental states? Not sure what the argument would be for example.g. "I feel itchy."

Typically you'd say 'I have dog allergy. I feel itchy' or 'I fell angry, my car was damaged.' But some are just output of your brain.

Yes, not an output of any other organ :). Explanations might figure into why (causally) I feel itchy, yet still fail to be premises.
