The aged learn truer natures of humans & organizations. They should tell young what they've learned on those key issues, but rarely do.
@robinhanson That is an exceptionally optimistic view of failed writing. The key info simply isn't there, in my experience.

@robinhanson Yep. We agree info isn't there and would be nice to have, I just feel charitable about bad writing vs delib silence as reason. -
@robinhanson Further evidence: books on writing by writers are actually pretty detailed about key gotchas of people and orgs. -
@ESYudkowsky We seem to be more honest when writing howtos for people who may take our job someday, than when writing to others.
