@TeamYouTube I actually think the new change is good. But I don’t think the channels that don’t reach the threshold should have their already monetized videos lose monetization. This isn’t fair to channels in good standing that used to post regularly, but don’t currently.
Make it so that their NEW videos can’t be monetized, but don’t penalize videos they worked hard on in the past. There should be a lifetime watchtime requirement for this, just looking at the last 12 months is too narrow.
