        You know what would help? Addressing climate change and keeping water bodies clean. Both contribute to increase in HABs.

        Coal only produces 30% of our energy and renewables can produce more then that plus theirs more solar jobs then coal.

        A lot of those blooms are caused by chemicals from run off from farms, feed lots and city storm sewers. How about enforcing rules?
