        How are you planning to do these with a 25-30% budget cut? CERCLA gives EPA legal options but that goes against what Trump/Pruitt believe.

        Interesting that it says asbestos is considered a toxic sight to be cleaned up, yet Trump Admin plans to promote asbestos (look into it!).
