Water and air do not belong to states. They move across state lines and some states are not equipped to take on the task. EPA is federal!

This is how dangerous it is to slash the EPA. States can't handle it. Florida is failing badly. http://www.tampabay.com/news/environment/if-the-epa-goes-away-is-the-state-up-to-the-job-of-protecting-floridas/2316501 …

Intellegently draining the swamp, in action, no pun intended. This is a great idea to work with the states, deserves to be on the news.

        3) @EPAScottPruitt reservoirs that are used for drinking water and recreation. Isn't that what the EPA is designed to prevent?

        2) @EPAScottPruitt run off. Their rules would allow it. Then those pollutants will travel to your home state flooding the man made

        1) @EPAScottPruitt...honest question. A state like KS could choose to pollute the Arkansas river by allowing more agriculture and feed lot
