  5. It is clarified that existing visas are no longer valid. Intending visitors may contact Embassy in Beijing (visa.beijing@mea.gov.in) or the Consulates in Shanghai (Ccons.shanghai@mea.gov.in) and Guangzhou (Visa.guangzhou@mea.gov.in) to apply afresh for an Indian visa. (2/4)

    Revised Travel Advisory for : Indians should refrain travel to China. In case of travel, on return from China they could be quarantined. Anyone with travel history in since 15th Jan, 2020 and from now on could be quarantined.

    A special word of appreciation for two of our officers who are on board the plane - Deepak Padmakumar and M.Balakrishnan - they showed exemplary fortitude and a real spirit of public service by traveling to ground zero in to coordinate airport arrangements. Kudos to both.

    The 2nd flight from has just taken off for with 323 Indian citizens on board. 7 Maldives citizens are also being evacuated. Grateful once again to and local authorities all across for their assistance.
