    Insensitive & immoral view from Fire Minister . So because more people haven't died, its okay to sit on your hands and do nothing? What about the impact on , general and...their RIGHT to live in a SAFE HOME. Wake up.

    The number of fire-related fatalities in England has been on a downward trend from 1981/82. The 221 fire-related fatalities in the year ending December 2020 was the lowest 12-month figure since quarterly data became available in 2001/02. 👇

    What is the point in this data? The government have deregulated the construction industry to the point that there are thousands of buildings in the U.K. that aren’t fire safe. Fires are inevitable, as seen last week at New Providence Wharf. You have been too slow to act.
