With this crazy engagement, we experienced cases of illegal parking. ⠀⠀ For you to understand, altogether, these cases represent less than 2% of the mentioned rides.

But we still take this very seriously as our mission is to offer safe and accessible mobility to everyone - we aim to literally reduce it to 0%!

Working towards that goal, we are incredibly thankful to Yvonne Ehrensberger of @ProVelo Zürich for the very open and constructive discussion we had together. We mainly talked about their point of view and how keeping sidewalks and bicycle lanes is a priority!

They gave meaningful inputs, and we agreed on important extra measures to be implemented, such as; strong sensibilisation campaigns of our beloved users, a dedicated email for the people to report cases and other technical measures such as photo-controlled parking.

What is clear is that our organisations will together bring better and safer mobility (and life) in the city center.⠀ ⠀⠀ It takes time, but we are working very, very hard on it, with the strongest passion and all of our heart.
