Logos is not something that I'm pushing on anyone. It is the basis of what we are. We have no choice in this matter. Either we accept Logos as the rule of our lives or we lead unhappy unsuccessful lives. /1

At some point in history, the Logos became incarnate and lived among us. I can't force anyone to accept that claim, but I also cannot claim that it didn't happen. /2

Just speak English. Jesus Christ, the eternal Word, became flesh and died for our sins. There is no need to greekify our speech.

For thousands of years perhaps, Hebrews did use phrases like "the Word of the Lord" but they always separated Messiah from God. And then St. John hits us with "Logos" incarnate. How do we know that is actually so? Why couldn't the prophetic texts be more obvious?

It just seems like a very unfair test, like that which a dishonest teacher throws at an unprepared class. If it was clearly in the notes everyone would at least know when they got it wrong on the exam. Not 80% of the class having no clue.

It is likely that they came from Babylon and were well studied in the Jewish prophets.

That's very interesting. It still doesn't tell us how they came to the conclusion that they must treasure ( read into ) the prophet texts out of all the texts they had lying around.

What precisely is meant by Logos which specifically denotes Christ himself as the Imperial Rex of Logos apart from the Logos that the Muslim or Jew accepts. It just feels like Logos is used like a magic wand by Christians.

It's God's gift to sinners who have understanding of the Law. Christ IS God & OF God, no exceptions, only way to God is through Christ, sorry if that makes ya feel bad.

I think people are becoming either accepting of Truth or as in the case of Judaism rejecting the Truth at their own peril of which they feel empty, hence the NEED for lolipops & fancy pants.

The Bible will still have to be torn down or burned for being corrupt and for lies told about the story of Abraham. It will be an act “to fulfill all righteousness” and the living Logos will do it.

Exactly. Paul (Saul) was a former Pharisee and he was stating what the Jews wrote in the Old Testament. We don’t have the authority to change that.
