Ancient societies like Sumer knew this, and therefore they had debt jubilees in order to avoid collapse. However debt jubilees became extinct with ancient Greece and Rome, and hence those empires collapsed, just as the US Empire will.

Banks make housing unaffordable. Banks create loan money out of thin air, and they lend as much as the market will bear, in order to boost bank profits from interest payments. Hence the skyrocket price of housing.

When people will borrow to buy (insert anything) then the price of (insert anything) will go up to the amount the lender will lend, and naturally what the buyer will borrow. That’s how (insert anything) is priced in the US.

He’s our only voice in the mainstream

As the middle class vanishes, so do businesses that used to cater to the middle class (e.g. stores and restaurants).

No, the Empire will be destroyed by private and local debt such as student loan debt, business debt, state-country-municipal debt, and so on. Each day we become poorer, since each day the creditors suck up more money.

The USA Empire will be destroyed by debt. Not the “national debt,” which is trivial, since the US government creates infinite money out of thin air.

Unless debt is controlled and regulated, debt always expands faster than any economy can keep up with it.
