      No, we just sold out of the copies we had on hand and are awaiting shipment of more copies from the printer. Hopefully they will arrive very soon.

      That's great news. I thought maybe the @rooshv interview caused some trouble for you with Amazon. Looks like just the opposite happened, and the publicity caused a surge of orders. Great interview, btw! I'll be buying a copy soon.
