    “If we ban AR-15s they’ll just find other ways.” I’m an ER Doctor. I’ve seen every way there is. Nothing comes close to empowering murderers with the ability to destroy as many human bodies as quickly and effortlessly. So let them find other fucking ways. It’s not that complex.

    Here’s an impressive of a man with chest pain for ~1 hour showing MASSIVE AnteroLateral . Cath showed 100% Mid-LAD Occlusion. 1st HS Troponin? Normal NEVER, ever rely on an initial troponin to rule out Coronary Occlusion!

    Watch this amazing video showing hemopericardium on autopsy. You can see where the myocardial wall was injured, causing blood to leak into the pericardial space. As that blood clotted, it smothered the heart. This is exactly how Hemorrhagic Tamponade kills!

    Watch this Ketamine-Dissociated intubation in a hypoxemic trauma patient. It's a great example of how blood can "camouflage" the epiglottis, blending it in with surrounding airway structures, making it easy to bypass. Suction is key. It's all about identifying the epiglottis!

    It’s not CAB. It’s still ABC. It just needs to be understood that “Airway” does’t necessarily mean intubation. It can literally mean something as simple as a jaw thrust.

    Answer: WPW The PR interval is short and there are clear delta waves in multiple leads. These are both the result of pre-excitation down an accessory pathway! Look for WPW in all patients with syncope/palpitations. One day you will make a difference in someone’s life!
