    REPLENISHING UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE: We are protecting employers from an increased tax burden by replenishing the Virginia Employment Commission’s Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund. This will help both small businesses and workers get back on their feet.

    PROMOTING MENTAL HEALTH: COVID-19 has highlighted just how much work we have to do to improve our behavioral health system. That is why we are allocating more funding to community-based crisis centers, supportive housing, and suicide and substance abuse prevention and treatment.
