@Laz3rPanth3r Right. That section doesn't say the Courts cannot review those decisions, and that is what the 9th Circuit said.

@EFF If there’s anything “unconstitutional” in that law, then every President since 1952 has been breaking the law.

@eachus @EFF You don't understand. The law can say whatever it wants but it's not constitutional to ban residents without due process.
