Replying to @scrowder @TeamYouTube
I did a ~20 minute screen shot video jumping between 5 countries IP addresses verifying your claims Steven. It's even more obvious when the viewer logs out of their YouTube account and just views without being logged in. If the viewer is a subcriber they'll see the videos.

Are you IP'ed in the US? I didn't either but you do around the 37th video. If you're not logged into your youtube account it gets worse. 87th to over 100. Before first video shows up.

Yeah, straight off my phone. No VPN. One finally shows up at 28 but it's one I've part way watched. 38 for the next one I've not watched.

I VPN'ed through the following countries logged out of my YouTube account. USA: Videos showed up around 87th to 100th on 'change my mind'. Japan: top of the list, full all the way down India: Same as Japan. Ukraine: Same as Japan. Canada: Same as Japan. Moldova: Same as Japan.

That you need a VPN in the USA to find what you're looking for is downright chilling.
