@jontombaer Let's see if we can get this fixed. Have you tried any troubleshooting by yourself or with us yet?
@jontombaer You can try clearing the alternate MAC address.
@jontombaer You do this by going to Xbox Settings>Network Settings>Advance Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear>Restart.
