    Government is officially broken.

    Initial reaction: this is crazy. After thinking about it more: I've used some of the IRS's software, and whoever created it should be banned from the sw industry. So maybe this is prudent. Final thought: if the tax code was 70 pages instead of 70,000, this wouldn't be an issue.

    I do agree that tiny houses, a product approach to construction, and reusing shipping containers, are great ideas for solving housing crisis in California. I'd personally invest in a company with viable way to scale shipping container housing for ADUs.

    Value of a like product is that it promotes diversity by allowing low-income people to live in ADU's. Private train cars are lux when travelling. Living in a RangeRover is not a luxury. To suggest we take poor people & have them live in rail yards is dangerous classism.

    Private train cars (sleeper cars) today are used exclusively by the hyper-rich. Moving low-income into train cars would follow Uber with personal Driver service and Apple with the smartphone of starting out as a toy for the rich, then later becoming essential for the masses.
