It can lead you to a copyright strike should the copyright owner wish it. However it is possible that the Dev does not have copyright of the song if it's the song. It's best to contact them to ask if they won all the copyrights of said music in the game. If not, who does.
These people aren't even the musicians of Toei Animation. So they don't own the any of the copyrights to the music.

They may represent the creators of the music. The only way that you can solve this is not by YouTube now but by contacting the devs and getting the proper info to proceed. Either that or leave it. Legally it is out of YouTubes hands. They have done their job.
