Watch out for black ice tomorrow morning! Roads are still wet, and air temperatures will drop below freezing tonight. Computer models show that pavement temperatures will be near freezing as well. Be extra cautious during your morning commute, especially on bridges!

This is such a waste of cold air. If it's going to rain and be this cold outside, it might as well snow! Who's with me?! 😂🙋‍♂️

Places like Oxford, New Albany, and Corinth have the best chance of getting ice accumulation this evening and into Wednesday morning. Temperatures up there are already near freezing. Travel may become tricky. Drive carefully and avoid icy bridges!

There could be a brief period of freezing rain Tuesday morning for places near the MS/TN state line.   It all depends on how quickly temps up there drop to 32°. I don't expect many impacts, but keep this in mind for your morning commute! More ice is possible Tuesday night…
