I believe the feature you're looking for to improve framerates is variable rate shading (VRS).

Two modes with 30fps for SS, well at least you bring 60 to Dl2, i won't ask again for 60fps, thanks anyway.

The fact that you guys couldn't hit 4k 60 on the series x is quite sad. Considering this game already had fps boost without a hit to the resolution at all.
