@DwayneStovall The incorp doctrine is settled law, how do you propose to change it w/o undoing the precedents that rely on it, or do you?

@DennyByrne States should pass legislation according to the values of their citizens and disregard "incorporation".

@DwayneStovall If the state law developed w/o regard to incorporation was challenged in Fed court, who ultimately decides issue?
